1. The NC PDMP requires that every individual register as a separate user, using an email address as their username that only the individual registering has access to for account security. Inappropriate access of accounts or sharing of login credentials may result in account suspension. 2. If you already have a NC PDMP account, do not create a new account. Please attempt to access your account by selecting Reset Password and entering the email address used to create the account. 3. If you no longer have access to the email address used to create the account, please follow the same process by entering the account email address, as you may be able to use the Mobile Phone Password Reset to perform a password reset if you provided a mobile number during registration. 4.
